More CMV UDI's ownerships
We have been not posting much lately as we have been busy starting to do our timeshare buy-sell-rentals paperwork for income taxe purposes.
But in case anyone is interested we have been busy buying and now own or have accepted offers to buy offers on a total of
10 Christmas Mountain UDI ownerships that also have 
37,000 Bluegreen Points attached to them.
The total of 10 CMV UDI's that we "own" goes something like this 3 "Pure" Oak Timbers, 3 "Blended" Oak Timbers, 3 "pure" Cottages and "1' Blended Cottage.
We have made a type of exchange deal with one of friends so they end up with our
"Blended" Cottage UDI that has 12,000 Bluegreen so we will go down from Gold to Silver and only have 9 CMV UDI's left (but are looking for more CMV UDI's, perferably Oak Timber UDI's).
We now also just bought a Floating summer week CMV Viila and have booked a 2007 July summer week 28.
We now currently have about 40 UDI CMV rotating reservations and 2 Big Cedar Memorial studio weeks confirmed reservations on the Bluegreen books not counting our summer Villa week.
If any are interested I will be happy to email a list of all of our Bluegreen rentals and other non Bluegreen warm weather rentals that are available. Just email us direct at judybruce@wi.rr.com
Please note that we will be gone on vacation to Key Largo from December 10 to December 17, 2006 but will reply asap when we get back. PS all of our
Christmas-New Years CMV weeks are gone.
