Not a bad write up/listing. Obviously they don't know everything about this. It's not FOUR (4) WEEKS PER YEAR! it's four reservations at any one time, as soon as you check in for one reservation you can book another of the same type. You could easily book about 14 reservations per year. They also don't tell you that there is a $100 housekeeping fee for each weeks reservation or ~$18/night if you book less than a week, which they also don't talk about.

I owned four of these, but could never find the niche for rentals that I needed to support the $1000/yr fees. Didn't pay that much for them and actually got two of them BOGO. I advertised them on the usual sites and they were bought by a broker for the developer!

They do not compare with UDIs at Christmas Mountain Village because the annual MF/recreation fee is twice CMV's (because of the horses) and the weekly housekeeping fees are also twice CMV's, this make churning for PFD not as attractive, especially now that there are PFD fees.
... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

This same interval garnered no bids when it was listed at $99 a week or so ago.
