    Yes, it is complicated by design. The reason it is so complicated is that the resort developers have determined that the only way that they can effectively sell timeshares is to lure prospects into the door with free gifts and then close them hard on the day they are there. That takes a high sales and marketing budget.

    So, to combat that, resort developers (nearly all of them) create a class of benefits that do not transfer unless you buy from them.

    In the case of bonus time, you can get it resale if you purchase it from a Bluegreen Authorized reseller.

      Thanks Boca. I appreciate your patience from a newbie because you probably hear the same type questions over and over. Your input is most appreciated from me as I try to learn the TS world and see if it is something I want to be involved in.
