Patrick Henry in Williamsburg VA

I was at a presentation this weekend and one salesperson said that the Patrick Henry would open in Oct of this year. That person also said that it was a completely new resort.

The other salesperson said it was opening next year, and that the first building to open was a refurbished building from the original Patrick Henry Hotel.

Does anyone have any better info than this?

I love Williamsburg and this is a great location.

When will they start taking reservations?
