I am waiting to get my title in from resale we recently bought. We have 8000 per year at lodge alley. I am thinking about getting some more points, and i have spoken with Jim. I would like to get all of the benefits such as bonus time and etc, but I do not know if it is worth the extra money. I have seen some good deals lately for every other year. Question: i saw one where it was 8000 every even year with MF around $540. Is that per year or every other year? Question: if you get 8000 per even year and you do not use all 8000 that even year, i know you can use the balance in the following year. is the points only available for "red use" Question: If I get two deeds, do I only pay one club due? Lastly, by buying resale, are we eligble to get $100 off our MF if we go to owner's update? thanks for all of the help, all of you have really opened up my eyes! ds

1. Some people swear by Bonus Time and some of do not use it. It depends on when and where you want to go.
2. $540 should be every other year for 8000 EOY Points.
3. I don't know.
4. Two deeds, 1 club dues.
5. I don't know about "$100 off our MF" but anyone should be able to get a $100 check at certain resorts if you hold out.

$540 maintenance fees for 8000 every other year points are very high. You should pay only $220 per year for that many points.

thanks for the information. I think that the $540 was the total for 2 years. Still have the question about every other year points rolling over after the first year. Can they be used anytime or only in Red season or less? ds
