Hey, I just found this board and it looks to be a great source of info on BG points.
My name is Bill and I live in the UK, hence the name.
I have been a BG owner every since they bought Oasis Lakes (now called The Fountains) in Orlando. My wife and I have owned at Oasis Lakes since 1998.
We converted to points and added more, now total 52,000 and for years have always vacationed at The Fountains, however in May 07 travelled to Solara Surfside, Miami and really enjoyed our few days there.
We tried to book Marathon but left it too late so spent a few days at Key West and stopped off at Marathon to have a look around. That resort looks really nice and I look forward to visiting there in the future.
I'm looking forward to a return visit to The Fountains in September 07 when we are spending 22 nights in Orlando.
Anyway, enough typing, just to say hello and look forward to enhancing my BG usage though info on this board.

Welcome Bill,

Glad to hear that BG is working for you. There are many UK owners who purchase and never come back.

There are some really cool things you can do with your ownership now that you have a lot of points and the GBP is so strong relative to the USD. Hang around for a while and we will show you how to take the greatest advantage of your ownership.

Thanks Jim,
Yes we do use our BG points, however I don't think I get the best use out of them.
It was only this year that we started to go further afield, and I will be looking at other BG resorts for the future.
I will hang around and seek help for you.
