Maintenance fees are paid through 12/31/2007. Maintenance fees are $1300 a year. Points are deposited every September 1st. New points of 30,000 available to you immediately upon closing.
Title is free and clear. I also have bonus time grandfathered into our deed which allows you to stay at any resort without using points for $49-$79 a night depending on unit size and location. You won't find this on the other auctions on eBay.
I will pay all closing fees and title transfer fees.

I have owned this for 5 years and I love it, but sadly I must depart with it as my kids have grown and we just don't use it anymore.

If you use the points the most beneficial you can get 5 weeks of vacation a year, or use the points to stay at a great resort in Orlando for a few weeks.
Other people on eBay are only selling 10,000 points. If you want a nice vacation, that is not enough. To stay in Orlando in a 2 bedroom resort for a week is 15,000 points. I have 30,000 with bonus nights included and if you purchase this you will also be a silver club member with added perks, only available to people with more than 26,000 points.
