I have been watching a bunch of Ebay auctions lately just to get a feel for the BG market. There are a lot of EOY sales that have MFs in the $400-$500 range. I originally assume that you either only paid the MF in your usage year or that you paid half of the MF every year. But some listings such as this one: 9,000 BLUEGREEN VACATION CLUB POINTS TIMESHARE SALE - (eBay item 270158058564 end time Aug-29-07 17:00:00 PDT)
specifically say the MFs are $411 billed annually for 9000 EOY points, which would be equivalent to $822 per year. This listing says it does not include the club dues. Are listings like this a mistake or are the MFs really that high for EOY usage?
Another EOY question is that since you can roll your points over for a year, can you use whatever points are available any year, regardless of what year your deed is for?
