What is the MF fee now?

When I did my last points add a few months ago, I understood the base was $290 plus $.027 per point. I just checked the BG website, and the price listed was about $500 more than I figured. Let me just say OUCH.

I know there were MF or some other numbers thrown around after the meeting. I have 5 accounts and the fees per account are all over the place, but of course, some are higher or lower points.

What are the fees I should be seeing now?

If you are looking at your current fees on the website, click on the individual account numbers and it should explain your fees for each.

When I went to an account, this is what it said:
Annual ownerships are billed at a flat rate of $290 per owner, plus $0.0335 per Point ($0.0244 Maintenance Fee + $0.0091 Real Estate Tax). The Special Assessment is billed at $0.0042 per point.

When using those numbers, it does come out, but wholy cow, that is a jump from what I thought I was going to be paying.

So next year, are we still paying the special assessment or is that a one time payment?

That is a one time fee for this year. Who knows about next year. Cross your fingers for future mild hurricane seasons.
