Maintenance Fee's

I purchased a silver membership last year. I put my girlfriend on the deed than added my three children. I think I might of messed up since my girlfriend will be with me anyway. Will I be paying the base maintenance fee of $290
on all 5 of us? $1450+ ouch

Good news. No, you will not have to pay the $290 base fee more than once.

You mentioned that you added your GF and then your three children on the deed. Make sure they understand their role in this law binding contract. When you want to sell, it could make things cloudy. If you should pass,they will have all the burden of ownership and all fees every year.
Plan now for your exit when the time comes.

You know, the more I read the TS4Ms, the more pleased I am to own Bluegreen. The resort options that BG has are great. Over 40 resorts in the BG system with no exchange fees to use one resort or another resort. Now with the SVC joint venture, another big plus as this has opened up resorts on the left coast.

I hope you make good use of your silver VIP status, get your reservations in early to get the places you really want. Enjoy good vacations. And keep learning from the forum site.
