Is the 2 night 3 day package a scam?

I have one booked for June. Have been reading some scary stuff on the net about this presentation. Here is what they promised:

2 day/3 night in a "preferred partner" hotel in Las Vegas (have been told it could be Imperial Palace, Excalibur, Sahara, or Circus)

50 dolllar visa gift card

no pressure sales presentation

Any info or hints?

Just say 'No' to their 'no pressure' sales presentation. How easy is that?

As long as it is a hotel package and a Visa Gift card, you will get it. But, you may not be put into a nice hotel. It is a good deal.

The presentation will be high pressure. It's their job to sell you a Points package.

The free cruise packages, or the $1000 shopping sprees or the free airline tickets are usually scams because they are meant to be so difficult to use that you end up not using it.

thanks for the replies, it makes me feel better. I know these things are high pressure, so I really didn't beleive that part of it. I will be okay with any of the hotels I have heard about, that is part of the fun of Vegas, exploring the various hotels.
