Went to a owners update today in St. Louis and received additional
info on Big Cedar. What was being called phase two of Big Cedar, will
now be a separate development called Long Creek Ranch. It is located
on Long Creek road, next to Cages marina, maybe 3 or 4 miles west of
the entrance to BC. They have 37 Presidential units that will be
available later this summer. They are adding 6 lodges, pool and
other water features. This was a development called Red Rock Bluff
that went under, all of the units are finished and are ready for use.
Point totals are:

The new, two bedroom, non lock-off lodge at BC that was planned has
been put on hold for now. They are about to start on a new pool
between lodges 2700 and 2900, not expected until late this summer.
And finally, the Top of the Rock golf course has been reworked and
will reopen as a 18 hole course.
