Seeking help in selling BG points (11000)

Hi, my husband and I purchased BG points (11000) back in 2003 and we have never, not even once used this!! We are being eaten alive with these maintenance fees. We want to sell this sooooo bad!! Can someone please tell me how we can go about doing that. I have tried to go through Pinnacle to sell it, that didnt work (it just costed us more money), I tried listing it in a classified post, that didnt work either. I am at my wits end. We do not want this thing. We were told in the beginning that if we did not want it, that BG would buy it back from us. Man, what a big fat lie that was. They will not even let us give it back to them.

Please, someone help us get this timeshare off of us!!

Wow I'm so sorry that you have not been able to use your Bluegreen ownership. If you expect to get more than $5000.00 for it I am afraid you will be holding on to it for a long time.

Please let us know if the mortgage is fully paid and if there any outstanding Maintenance fees due.

Other information that would be helpful is knowing where it is deeded and what week and what is the anniversary date.

If all fees are paid up and the 2008 points are available as well as 11,000 saved points someone here might want to offer you as much as $5000.00 I already own all the points I need but some bargains are too good to pass up. If you will post or PM me with the information I've requested I may make you an offer.

You are likely to net between $2500-4000 in a sale for your points after commissions. If you are trying to get more than that, that's the primary reason why you haven't sold it yet.

As GrayFal said a few postings back:

to "PM" someone (to send someone a Private Message [PM]):

click on their user name and click on "send a private message" in the menu of choices that you will then see.

Then you will be only sending a message to that one person and not the whole group.
