  • Message For BlueGreen Owners

For any one who is having trouble with them, and can't get out of it. Please e-mail me at always4vin@aim.com I am talking to a lawyer who is trying to being a class action law suit against them. The more people the better. The more he has on what happened to people the better the chances are. If you are trapped in this like we are I'm sure you have been looking for help to and have been hitting nothing but brick walls. If we work together we may just be able to pay this company back for the damage they have caused in our lives.

I'm a very happy Bluegreen owner and there are many of us on this board. We are timeshare owners that together, learn from each other to get the most out of our timeshares. I urge you to spend some time on the Bluegreen forum here on this site. We can probably help you understand what you bought and how to use it.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with Bluegreen. There is definitely a learning curve to the system, and unfortunately, the salespeople often underestimate it and create false expectations.

    Best to you.

What is your main complaint/concern where you feel you have been misled? Most of us on this site are very happy Bluegreen owners that use and enjoy the system. As Holly stated, the learning curve is steep and can feel overwhelming at first. There are many knowledgeable people on this board that may be able to help.

      Good luck

No trouble here. I was not misled by sales, all was as they said. I don't always get the ressie I want, but that's usually because I didn't plan ahead or don't have enuf points.

Sorry, can't join your legal action.
I have been misled by sales guy once, but BG Corp. worked out the issues and I am one happy camper...oops, resorter.

I have recently been planning vacations for 2009 at one of the many wonderful Bluegreen resorts.

I am also a very happy Bluegreen Owner. Don't think you are on the right forum if you want people to join you in a law suit. Wish you would stick around this forum and read how to make the best of your Bluegreen Points. Most of us have had some bad experiences with salesman but we have learned to move on and enjoy our vacations.

Sorry, I can't help you either. I'm happy with my Bluegreen owndership since 1997. What is your main beef? Maybe some here can help you with solutions. I know I have learned a lot here and at the yahoo group.

I don't think I want to join your suit either. Not only have I bought several times but I've led several other people to become at least Silver owners. Although I didn't fully understand how to use my ownership at first, I must say that I now have a far better product than what I thought I had initially. More locations, more flexibility, and newer more luxurious resorts.

Bluegreen is a good product and I am happy with them. There are some problems with some of the sales staff. But, any class action law suit would probably only benefit the lawyers.

Ditto me. Happy BG resorter since 1998. I will also join the chorus and ask what your problem with BG is.

we are happy as well. Sorry your not. I think as far as timeshare go Bluegreen seems to have a very high approval rating from its owners. As for any product there is and will always be a percentage of unsatisfied customers. I hope your situation turns around so you can appreciate what advantages you have with bluegreen.

I'm sure there are many unhappy BG owners, but you'll find most people here on TS4Ms are "happy owners" because they have taken the time to learn the BG system and use it to their advantage.

Also many bought resale and save >60% off what BG wanted. And those which did buy the developer's price, they have learned to let go of their "developer purchase" pain and learned how to make the best of it.

Perhaps he is a salesman from a competing timeshare system.
