A heads up about the new Bluegreen resort in Vegas. I've said this before but I believe it is worth saying again. They built it directly across Trop from McCarron Int, and not exactly walking distance to the strip or even MGM. Sidewalks are non existant and very dark at night.
Worst part is that it is directly under a seldom used, but used flight path and the noise must be excrutiating when you've got a 737 literally yards over your head.
Guess the land was cheap. Those who tell don't know and those who know don't tell....

ok np. I just drive by it often enough to see what those developers have done. Sad. No more beating the dead horse. Those who tell don't know and those who know don't tell....

I'd have to agree with Charlie M that the location isn't ideal. The bigger issue is that it is on a lot where there is nothing else. I think once they build more stuff around it, it will be all right. For now, Club 36 is in a very odd place.

The tour can be booked at the Bass Pro Store at the Silverton. Toured there last year and got $150 in AmEX gift cards. Those who tell don't know and those who know don't tell....

Hi Boca
We are spending two weeks in the fountains in June next year but travelling from the UK we thought we would stay an extra week and use all our points for this year. We want to try out a beach resort preferably on the gulf do you have any reccomendations.... we only have 8,000 points to play with for this week and dont want to be driving too far as we fly back from Sanford.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Bluegreen, but I hear that business is so slow I ouldn't be surprised if a lot of offsites have closed. I do know that Grandview cut their sales staff from 500 or so down to around 350.
