New Resort?

At our owner update a couple of weeks ago at Harbour Lights, we were told that Bluegreen was in the process of trying to acquire another resort in Myrtle Beach. He said the acquisition was pretty far along. I wonder if Bluegreen being sold will affect this acquisition?

Also, He told us the Bluegreen just lost a bid for a resort in the Bahamas.
