  • How do I find out our RCI number?

So we pay for RCI membership through BlueGreen, and I've been reading on other boards here at Timeshare Forums about all things RCI. I can get on to the RCI site, but I don't have my membership number which actually allows me to login. So will BlueGreen give it to me if I ask?

If I get my RCI number, can I take advantage of things like last call weeks at RCI?

Has anyone else done this? Any info is appreciated!

I would call RCI and tell them you have an RCI account and you don't know the number. They will look you up based on your home tel, address and other info.

If they can't find you, it may be that Bluegreen hasn't set up your RCI account. Then, call Bluegreen owner services and have them set up your RCI account.

Yes, without the number you could get no where. But you are still limited if you don't have a week banked with them. Even then, you are still limited to what your banked week will draw for a possible exchange. You also are limited to only search certain geographical locations at a time. That's probably a benefit for most but when you are first trying to learn the "system", it would be nice to see the full gamut of what might be available. It's also not so great if you are open to go just about anywhere but limited on when you can go. Maybe you can search a larger geo. area and I just never found it. If so, I'd sure be glad if someone would post about it.

Plus availability can change daily--if you see something you might like, you need to decide then if that's what you want because tomorrow it might not be there. (or even in an hour!) On the other hand, there might be something more appealing available tomorrow...................all depends on what is banked when and what is taken when!!!!

You can put units on hold for 24 hours online.....you have to pay the exchange fee, but they are good if you decide not to take it and the charge is removed....you do have to confirm the unit withint 24 hours if you want it though otherwise it is cancelled....

          Have fun learning RCI.....
