Bonus Time Interface

The attached .pdf file is a partial screen shot of the Bluegreen Vacation Club online bonus time user interface. It is quite nice and highlights one of the best benefits of owning in this point system.

I did a search for bonus time availability at Solara Surfside for the weekend of April 28-May 1 (3-nights). I received 14 options at various resorts since it allows you to broaden your search to other resorts.

One gap that they've had is their lack of an online reservation system. I believe this is the precursor to solving this problem.

Thank for all of the great info. Looks like we will have to look into joining with our Pono Kai week. Is there any angle to save money when joining?

That is a topic for another thread. However, if you are really interested in becoming a member of Bluegreen, send me a PM and I'll help you understand your options. In your case, I would probably recommend that you keep your floating week at Pono Kai unless Bluegreen offers you a smokin' good deal for converting.

Thank you for all of the info. I think you are probably right about just using our weeks without joining the club. We are prior HGVC members and loved the point system, but would probably not use it much within the BG network. Thought if there was some nominal fee we might give it a chance. Most BG vacation club members purchased points not weeks?

Yes, the vacation club is points. They do offer conversions for fixed week owners.
