There are several places to sell, but I think I will let someone who's strong suit is BG offer some suggestions due to the point structure. I'm new to BG and have owned only weeks up unto this point.
I'm sure you've read about not using an upfront company and the downfalls associated with those type of companies.
If you don't mind my asking, you stated that you have only used it once in 3 years, is it because you don't have the time to use it? Or, are just using BG exclusively, instead of possibly using RCI for other resort options. Or possibly do you not know your schedule and can't schedule anything until last minute?
Until you sell it, we may be able to help you use it to the best of your ability.

send me a PM if you would rather not answer in the open.

gourdy I see that others have offered to help you use and enjoy what you purchased....I am a bluegreen believer...we love it.... use it as much as we can and have no serious regrets.........you are not the first person i know of who purchased and never used it or used it very little.........if circumstances have occurred that prevent use then gifts as you have done are great...rent out your points is way to get some investment back....I see that Boca replied to your post send him PM and he is an excellent tool to sell if need be.......I happen to need 15k in points to go to gold so a PM to me would be ok.....but not being a BG expert I would probably still defer to boca for advice.......this board is a good place to learn some of the fine points of BG use.....good luck johnjohn:
