    I'm having major trouble with Bluegreen using my new points instead of my saved--leaving me with a bunch of expiring points. I always double check that they used the right ones but it doesn't say on your confirmation letter so how would you know for sure once it's done?

    I've had to call in and had to be on hold for an hour while they "fix" the problem by rebooking. Has anyone else had this problem?

    No, but the only reason I haven't is when I call and book, I ensure that I tell them what points to apply. You have to know the rules better than they do. They are usually quite good, but there have been times I have had to correct them and perhaps talk to a supervisor....or 2.
