UDI for sale on eBay

I don't know if anyone is interested but there MAY be a blended UDI cottage for sale on eBay, Item number: 4450459757. The listing makes no mention of a UDI but the maintenance fees of $657.00 sounds like the previous years maintenance fees. If you are looking for one do your due diligence. I could be wrong in that the ad lists the unit as 1200 sq. ft. which is way bigger than a Cottage.

If you would prefer a pure UDI cottage see Item number: 4450774700, but that ad won't get a bid at that price.

Be careful on this auction. It says that maintenance fees are due with this purchase. But, if memory serves me correctly, maintenance fees are due again at the end of May. So, you will be paying double maintenance fees for this year.

According to the seller/broker, this is converted to points, formerly a fized week 6, not a UDI, but just counting on the seller to know what they are selling, I presume that is the case.

The seller later emailed me and said it is unit 312C, converted to points, does that make it a udi? He doesn't think so, but may be unfamiliar with that world(udi).

The correct maintenance fee amount is $524.00 and is billed this month. Sorry for the incorrect amount in the listing. Thanks

The eBay seller has corrected the ad to show real maintenance fees. This now indicates that it is not a UDI. As I stated originally, I was only speculating it may be a UDI because the maintenance fee originally listed was about correct for last years cottage UDIs. Also, I am fairly sure 312C is a Cabin unit. All cottages I have seen start CT.

Sorry it wasn't a UDI but keep watching, they are out there.

I think it was a UDI. If it was, the winner bidder will either be pleasantly surprised or horrified at a higher than expected maintenance fee.
