I’m an owner (1 week) at Oasis Lakes/The Fountains.
The Maintenance Fees have just gone mad. It was about $534 about 4 years ago since then they have said (each year) it was only going to be more this year, and then it would settle down again!
Then the last few years it’s been like this, $605+
then last year $846+. Now its $744+ there after. (Ok a bit less but still high)
I’m a Brit` who comes over each year but these prices are making it very difficult for me to be honest I’ve got to think about selling as with airfares and Maintenance Fees that will I bet be $1,000 next year is it worth it.
I only have one week at Oasis Lakes so this is very expensive now. I can get a better deal in a package holiday with airfare. I normally have a week driving around Florida and the last week at my resort
I understand things have gone up but this is getting out of hand now.
