  • Merry Christmas to all...........

I wanted to thank each of you for all you have contributed this year to this forum. I've learned a lot from you.

Was wondering what you are doing for Christmas tomorrow? My husband and I are home and will be getting with our two sons and their families to eat and open gifts. Yesterday we went to my elderly parents home and took them gifts and food.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EACH OF YOU. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JESUS!

Thank you. Merry Christmas to you, too. Tomorrow we are picking our daughter and her husband up from the airport (they've been at Marriott's Grande Vista in Orlando enjoying 80 degree weather). Then we are having a get together with them and our other daughter and her husband at our house and opening gifts. Then Thursday night we're going to a Christmas service at our church.

I am going to sit at home and smoke...turkey that is. No plans other than to eat turkey for the next 4 days.

Merry Christmas to All of You!

Aren't we fortunate to have our timeshare ownerships to enjoy and the friendships that have formed therein?

We got back from Vegas last Sunday, visiting our daughter there for over a week. Club 36 was awesome! But while there I got an attack of gout; I've had it before but never knew what it was. Never ever as intense as this though. I had to use wheel chairs in the airports; it was that bad. Diagnosis came when I went to the doctor when we got home. Back to the doctor yesterday and got a more aggressive treatment and this morning the pain was so incredibly better but far from okay.

Yesterday, I did a quick shop at the restaurant supplier, Gordon Food Service and my friend that works there outfitted me with everything I needed for a fairly easy to put together Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. We had three single people join our family of three for dinner today. We attended church last night and opened gifts among the three of us. Very simple.

May you and yours have a special time together for the rest of this day!

        Susan
