Whatever happened to the reservation part of the website?
We were promised that we would be able to pull up our past and
future reservations. I was able a couple of months ago to do
that and it was great...............but ever since it has been down for
maintenance and now it isn't there at all.

Does anyone know anything about it?

A few weeks ago, I spoke to someone at Bluegreen who knows the details of the feature. They told me that the feature was bringing the server down, so they kept having to disable it. My guess is that it couldn't handle the load or something. If the demand for the feature is too great, they may need to re-design it.

Pretty poor design/implementation if you ask me. Any development shop with half a clue would of load tested something like that first. Bluegreen does a great job on vacations, its web site..not so sure.

I am able now to look at my reservation on my Bluegreen website as of now. It looks like they fix the problem.
