Thanks for the clarification. I do understand that the info is only as good as the person on the phone dispensing it ; ) was merely wondering what to read into your choice of words.

I did think there was much more inventory than that at Big Sky, but, would have to consult the giant documents to find out for sure. Unless... Encyclopedias Boca or Charles just happen to have that detail front of lobe...??

Unfortunately, my December, 2002 Multi-Site Statement was published just after Bluegreen and Big Sky finalized their transaction and the number of units in the Vacation Club was Zero. BG hadn't sold any yet. Susan has a more recent Multi-Site and should know how to figure it out.

An "Unmanaged Resort" could be a high end resort. It just means that the HOA is not controlled by BG and the HOA decided to go with a different management company such as VRI. An "Unmanaged Resort" could also be a low end resort in which the HOA is resisting BG's desires to upgrade the resort (which would cost the non-BG owners some extra money).

Look at the ratings on TUG to see if the resort is high or low end, etc.

Wow!! You two are like a "Bluegreenocyclopedia".. I love it. Sue, your dates work out for CDM and Amber managing it for 3 years from 2006. That would put 2009 as the expiration of that contract.

Interesting. I am still eager to see what kind of plans they have in place for CDM over the short and long term.

CDM was the very first BG resort I stayed in. It was 4 or 5 years back now, but it struck me as well run, clean, and had and "old world" ambiance to it. It certainly struck me as better then the Dolphin one on the same beach.
