How do we let Bluegreen know of things we might want in units?

We just came back from Laurel Crest and with the exception of Falls Village, of places we've stayed, there is no where in the kitchens for groceries to be put away.

Why do they not think of little things like pantries?

Also I forgot Laurel Crest doesn't have wash/dryers in the villas, I like the option of going home and not having to do laundry...

They need a suggestions area to their web site.

You still didn't have to go home with dirty clothes. As I remember it, the laundry room is just down the hall, one on each floor.

When you stay, you should have a comment card, or get an email from BG which is the online version of a comment card. Fill that in and make your thoughts known.

I can't think of any resort kitchen we've been in that had no where for groceries. Granted, I do sometimes re-arrange the cabinets as I think it's silly to not stack pots in each other, but I've always had cabinet space.

I've not been to LC, but am now curious as to what other resorts you have found this problem in, and is it confined to studios or do you also find this in 1 and 2 bedroom units?

Suggestions for future imporvements

I stayed at Laurel Crest in November in a standard 1-bedroom unit. Although there was not an overabundance of space we did not have any problem with the food storage space...we just moved some of the cabinet items around. I would not like to have any less as that could be a problem but there was adequate space for all the stuff we brought. Although there was not a washer and dryer in the unit, there was down the hall on our floor. I believe there were units on each floor.
