Does anyone know if the units themselves have internet access? And....can anyone tell me about this resort? I have checked it out on the BG website, but personal experience would be great. Thx!

I believe when we were there about 2 years ago, they had a phone line connection for internet access. I do not believe they had any wireless connections.
For us, with no kids, we went for the 'old buildings' which are near the old pond. I believe have larger rooms and are a little different than the newer buildings.
I was told the older buildings look towards Seaworld and you can see fireworks in the evening. The newer buildings are by the new waterpark area. Great access for the kids.
Nice resort, rooms were nice, screened in porch, location is good with easy access to Publix for groceries, and of course, not too far from Disney.Don

I was in one of the newest buildings last summer. The rooms were very nice and the kids loved the new pool. Internet access was available in the rooms on a pay bases, so much a day or so much for 6 days. There was free internet on two desktops at the front desk area. Wireless was there also but once again I think that you had to pay for it. Enjoy

We were there the weekend before Christmas this year. GREAT pool! We paid extra for cabled internet access in our condo. There were two terminals available for free in the lobby, but they were always in use whenever I checked. The rooms are comfy, and the beds were great. My only complaints were the silly "decor" items (we had to immediately move all the artificial plant arrangements off the dining table and coffee table to keep the kids out of them and make the place useable, and there was NO extra storage in the kitchen for food. Every cabinet was full of kitchen utensils, dishes etc. We had to stack things up to make a little room for food. Why don't they plan for that?
It was a NICE stay!

I guess we have never considered that a problem. There is not a lot in those cupboards, so we move what we can or need and use that newly emptied space. We also use the counter top for some storage of things we are into often. Of course, with just the two of us, we don't have as much food as a family might.Don

Yes, as a family of five we have to bring at least 2-3 different kinds of cereal, fruit cups, snacks, and we usually bring some dry goods to last us our stay. Then we buy fresh stuff when we get there and we have a lot of food! We don't eat out a lot when we have a kitchen (this is the only way we can afford to travel this much as a family) so we need more storage darnit!

I've also been known to stash coffee makers and other appliances I'm not likely to use on a closet shelf when we get there to get more counter space. Most places we've been had a blender, coffee maker, toaster and electric can opener out (even the one bedroom in MI, memory serves); if I bring my own can opener then the toaster is the only one likely to get daily use so the rest get shifted somewhere else and I can tuck food back in that corner. I'd rather work on the counters that face the main room anyhow.
We have five kids, so my big kitchen gripe is the fact that units that sleep eight will only sit six comfortably at the dining room table (and only provide six DR chairs).
