I just have been told by Bluegreen that I need to know the person for over a year before I can refer them for a tour. Has anyone been told this?

Not that I recall. I don't see why they'd care!! A Body is A Body is A Body. getting picky in this economic climate? bad idea.

Beyond that, it's really none of their business. I wouldn't worry about it. If a new person at work showed interest, I'd submit them in a heartbeat!

How could they verify it? Geez. They should be happy to have warm bodies instead of having to make cold calls. Of course, they are probably worried that we just pick up people out of the phone book or something ourselves, which we have been advised to do by the local BG resort (Mtn. Run)......in the past anyway.

But then shouldn't they worry that we might tell them to not buy because of resale prices being so much less but to go to get a good handle on how the program works??????

If you have known someone for a year or more one could most likely call them a friend. Why would anyone do that to a friend ?
