Expiring Points 9k/18k

I have purchased a BG contract and I am going through the closing process.

I will receive 9k points that expire 8/31/09 and
18k that will expire 8/31/10

I pretty much have my vacation plans already setup for this year so probably won't be able to use them.

So my questions is.

1. Can I have the seller make a reservation with these points and do a points for deposit in my RCI points account.

2. Can I have the seller make a RCI deposit and then transfer it (i believe I can but there is a fee involved to make the transfer)

3. What date ranges can I make a reservation with the 9k points

4. What date ranges can I make a reservation with the 18k points

You can do number 2. You must have a very cooperative seller because it isn't easy to do.

Also, you can book anything available in Bluegreen with a checkin prior to the expiration date of the points in question.

If I decide to have them make a reservation for me. I can only book red time or below, correct?

I live in Orlando so could try a vacation in Orlando or something around here in August if available.

For the saved points yes. It will be hard to get Red time in Florida in the summer.
