Is this a developer rental or is it the HOA? If it is the developer, that may indicate other Bluegreen properties where developer inventory is rented out.

It looks like it's just an owner with a rental business. The phone number is from or around Fayetteville, NC and the listing referred to this website: rentrtimeshare.com

Why are you posting this thread in this way? You could just as easily go to Redweek.com and post all of the listings on that site and say that all Timeshares are available to the general public.

Bluegreenrentals.com is the rental site for Bluegreen to rent off developer inventory. They used to use it for assisting owners in a developer supported program to rent owner weeks. They discountinued that program about 2 years ago and that is how I started my rental program.

Owners have been allowed to and encouraged to rent out their timeshares. These postings that you've made are clearly owner booked reservations.
