Ok, just looked at my deeded interest, and it indicates that I own week 35 at Big Cedar. So if I wanted my actual unit that week, what priority to I get? When can I book it? It also says 20F, whatever that means. It also gives two different unit numbers. Can anyone help me understand this? Thanks!! New to all this!

What we need to know is what the unit number is. It would be somthing like 2025A or 2025E or something like that.
I think you own 2 studio units. If you do, you can contact Bluegreen owner services 12 months to 11 months from the check in date of your unit and book it for yourself with no competition from others. That is known as your priority week. Now, you do need to call Bluegreen to find out if that paritiuclar unit is a Fri, Sat or Sun checkin unit.

The document just says unit 2351, no letters after it. But in my documents, the Deed of Trust only indicates there is one week, week 20F, with one unit. There is also a Warranty Deed which has two unit numbers with two unit weeks. No letters after unit numbers, only letter is in the 20F week. Thanks!

F does not mean Friday check in. F means full week unit. So, you don't own any partial weeks. That's good.
It appears you own 2 weeks in unit 2351. But, unit 2351 is a 1br unit in the Phoenix lodge. If you own week 20 and 35 in unit 2351, then you own 18000 annual points.
Something doesn't seem right. You should own a week 20 and a week 35 studio unit. That would be 8000 annual points.
If you want me to verify what you own, send me an email at bocabum1999 (at) yahoo.com. I'll collect some info from you, send a request into Bluegreen and get back what you own.
