Nice ad, though. Bruce should steal as a model for CMV UDI ads for eBay...if he ever actually sells one (I'm convinced that Bruce's house is where CMV UDIs go to die). It's like a Roach Motel for timeshares: UDIs check in, but they don't check out!

It's easy to do. Just register and provide them with your eBay id. Place your maximum bid and it will automatically signin to your eBay account and place the bid 6 seconds before the auction ends.
You only need 9 more UDIs to be declared the UDI king.
I don't know much about Shenandoah Crossing, but you must remember that this is deeded as 3 weeks minimum. So, if every owner only got the 3 weeks per year they are deeded, then that $952 plus $100 per week in housekeeping would cost $1252/year or $417/week. Not great, but not bad either.
At $304, the whole condo price would be $5168. That would be a lot lower than the underlying real estate.
I suspect that the reason the price is so low is that the MF and HK is so high. If they could find a way to reduce those two items signficantly, the prices would probably rise accordingly.
Picked it up at the last minute. Checked in and it was higher than the amount I left on that snipe site so I watched the bidding. From $304 to just over $2000 during the last hours. A few people sitting in wait I quess.
I think that's about it for me but I was happy to get it.
