I just bought 7000 points every other year. I just noticed it says 3105/44 E which means even. Does that mean that I wont get any points until 2010?

Also I was told that through RCI I would have unlimited weeks at $199 to $399 per week and that I could make money on booking them and transferring them to someone else (for a fee of $49.00) who would pay me the money. I have seen nowhere in my papers that says that I have unlimited weeks for RCI at this price. He even told me that the exchange part doesn't matter for me since I have the unlimited weeks???? Again I don't see this anywhere in my papers. I also pointed out to the salesman that the fine print showed a magazine subscription for $89 a year and he read it and "pretended" he didn't know what that was. He said I could cancel that later. Later I see that it is required for my membership in RCI.

We did this yesterday April 6th so I need to figure this out in time to cancel if I need to.

You were certainly lied to plenty and doesn't seem things were explained to you.

I don't know where the E is in the contract - it should be spelled out more clearly whether you receive points in the even or odd years, and you should know when/where your home unit week is. If it's Even, then, Yes, you won't get points until 2010 in your anniv month, but you could borrow them before that.

Bluegreen pays your RCI membership as part of the annual dues of, um, roughly $130. It is against the rules of RCI to rent out weeks you receive from them. The guy got the guest certificate amount wrong, also, it's not $49, it's $59.

The 'subscription' thing is the RCI membership = you should not be paying that fee, you should not be charged it so should not have to cancel it.

Sounds as though you purchased through a Bluegreen resort so probably paid way too much.

I suggest you rescind the purchase, research Bluegreen more thoroughly, and then make a resale purchase if you determine the system fits your lifestyle.
