It has been nearly a year since I used our Encore Rewards credit card for a huge expenditure. The points showed up on my Barclay card, later said they were transferred, but have yet to show up in my BG account. I have called both the CC company and Bluegreen numerous times. Today, the supervisor I spoke with at BG Encore Rewards is "researching" it yet again. Anyone else with the same problem and how did you ever, if ever, get it resolved? Seems like I'm going in circles in addition to feeling "taken" by not receiving what is rightfully due.
