Encore Rewards Credit Card Problems

It has been nearly a year since I used our Encore Rewards credit card for a huge expenditure. The points showed up on my Barclay card, later said they were transferred, but have yet to show up in my BG account. I have called both the CC company and Bluegreen numerous times. Today, the supervisor I spoke with at BG Encore Rewards is "researching" it yet again. Anyone else with the same problem and how did you ever, if ever, get it resolved? Seems like I'm going in circles in addition to feeling "taken" by not receiving what is rightfully due.

Had the same problem but was fixed within a month. It was a website issue or something. Keep after Bluegreen, the problem is probably on their side, not the credit card company.

I have not gotten any rewards added to my bluegreen account since November! I have called three times about this. The first time, I had to get all my statements, and give them the awards I was supposed to have gotten. They made a note of it. I called a second time. Was told there is a problem between Barclay's and Bluegreen in getting the points applied. Called to check a third time, and they said they are still working on the problem. I was really ticked to not be able to use them towards Club Dues. If I don't have them by the time maintenance fees are due I am going to go ballistic! I was told to keep checking back regularly. Ridiculous! I think we cardholders are going to need to contact a class action attorney before too long. They also need to compensate us, I think, for withholding our contractually earned awards.

Thank you guys for this info!!!! I have been earning points on my bluegreen card since last december. The points have always showed up on my cards billing each month and i thought it was automatically being deposited in my bonus rewards account online. I have checked today on the website and see that no rewards whatsoever have been applied.i never thought to even check. Damn tootin i'm calling tomorrow to straighten this out. Bonus rewards were the sole reason i signed up for this card and now this happens ???? My rewards were going to go straight to my maintanence fees. This should have been dealt with months ago, especially since it seems it has happened to several people. Thanks again for the alert !!!!!!!

I believe every 5000 reward points = $50 towards your fees.

1 reward point for every dollar charged on your card. 2 points for every dollar you spend on something bluegreen related.
