Encore Card earned reward points issues

We got our card during an update in Charleston SC and we did not have to buy anything to get it. I have seen members stating issues on getting their reward points credited over to the BG site to help them pay for fees. I have had the card for 7 months and no reward points transitioned over to the Bluegreen site. When I called last week -to the Bluegreen business side for Encore Rewards, I was told in three business days I would see my earned Encore Reward points. Today was the third day and they were not ther yet. I called and was told that it was all set up and that it should happen today or tomorrow. The rep, Jessie, seemed very knowledgable and confident it will happen very soon. He acknowledge a known problem but fixable.
If I run into any issues, I can keep you informed on my resolution.

Credit Card Rewards

I have used this card for two years now. Last year, Bluegreen did not post the rewards promptly; sometimes accumulating them for a quarter at a time before posting to my account. During 2010, however, these problems were resolved, and my points have been posted monthly. I have used the rewards points to pay towards my maintenance fees each year. The redemption process was handled promptly and accurately by phone in 2009 and online in 2010.

i have been following this thread since its begining in 08......
i gave up on it but recent posts give me hope....like any program it sounds like some early problems kept people away....like me....

i would like to know if there are others who have experience with this credit card???...............thanks

For a non-owner...How many regular BG and or Encore pts does it take for one maintenance fee dollar. For 2011 Maintenance fees what was the rate assesed per point

For a non-owner...How many regular BG and or Encore pts does it take for one maintenance fee dollar. For 2011 BG Maintenance fees, what was the rate assesed per point for their product. Trying to calculate return on the MF Benefit.
