We are gold members. I guess there are really no favorite things. The wait on the phone for reservations is just as long as the non-premier number, the mtc fees are just as high, the unavailable resorts is the same, the lack of response from e-mails just as frustrating... gee, why did I upgrade (twice) anyways?

Silver level here.20,000pts.....just wish i had gone to secondary market.....oh well live and learn....still very satisfied...have enjoyed all of our stays 9 or 10 different resorts.....and rci exchanges still to be discovered...
I would go to gold if I had a better networking approach...
I also wish there were more midwest resorts...it would be a shorther trip from mi.john:

Recent platinum upgrade
My favorite is having my name up at the resort when I check in.
Just kidding. We laugh about that one every time. Not sure why that is considered a benefit
Seriously, my favorite things are
1) basically unlimited use of my lake house (more commonly known as Big Cedar)
2) unlimited no-fee cancellations
3) free use of Shell Vacation Clubs thru Select Connections
Things I'm excited about but haven't used yet:
1) free white weeks
2) discounted bonus time rate at presidential suites / patio homes
3) extended wait list

How many Premier members of all types do we have?
If you are a Premier owner, let us know what level you are. What are your favorite Premier features?
I'll start. I am a Platinum Premier and my favorite features are unlimited cancellation and changes without fees. And, the 3 free white weeks.
The 15 month waitlist is nice, but I don't use the waitlist much.

I am a silver member and have been for yrs. and I have yet to be able to get the vacation spot I have wanted by depositing a week with RCI - back in May 2009 I attempted to book a week in July 2010 in Panama City through Bluegreen and was told this morning that I could not get it and the possibility of getting something on the beach in the future is not very good - that is awful discouraging since my grandchildren are always asking for the beach - any advice would be appreciated, thanks!!
