We were approached by bay tree solutions to sell our timeshare. They have "wealthy European buyers" and we were chosen because of the size of our timeshare and our week. they want $1200 up front but say we can sell for $10,000 more than we paid. The upfront money concerns us and we really were not looking to sell at this time. does anyone have any experience with a similar offer?

Many have and many have lost their $1200 or whatever amount they ask for. btcctomtb gave you good advice. Never, never, never pay upfront.
