A question for UDI owners, can one book a weekend without booking the whole week, and pay just for the cleaning fees associated with the weekend? The former owners said that they did this quite a bit, I called the resort but they told me that their were 12 different UDI types at Shenandoah Crossing I don't know where they came up with that particular number since I only know of maybe 3 or 4 cabin/unit types. Thanks in advance for the replies.

I don't own a UDI but I can't see how the weekend and week "cleaning fee" would be different.

But can you reserve a weekend instead of a week then the fees associated would be 15 per day multiplied b 2 not 7. Most UDI allow for 3 reservations at any one time and it's my question can this be weekend only.

If your deed says that the cleaning fee is $15 per day (or $Y per day) and not $X per week, then a weekend should be less. I was under the impression that it was only a weekly charge. Bruce must be on vacation because he would know.

Shenandoah UDI housekeeping fees are by day. Yes, you can book a weekend only and pay only the HK associated with the days you will actually be there.

I think that whoever on the phone told you there were so many different types was seriously uninformed.

Yes, 3 ressies in accordance with season chart, regardless of ressie duration. You do know you can have a 4th ressie of any season within 45 days of check-in?

                Bonus time available?

I needed a couple of nights at my UDI at Tahoe and it was a straight "bonus use" fee per night($75) and nothing additional. I do believe the same place charges a one time fee if I were to split my annual week(ie: 3 and 4 days) in 2 different visits. Gary
