I am not sure of the exact restrictive covenants that B/G was trying to change but in this economy to reject expansion....kind of mystifies me....i for one would like to see another resort in TN......hopefully they can work things out

The covenants currently restrict any timeshare developer other than Fairfield from developing or marketing interval ownerships on the property..

Where exactly in Governor's Crossing is Bluegreen's property? What are the borders or closest businesses or landmarks? Just wondering, as I like the Wyndham resort that's there but Collier is becoming a rather busy road.

There's a Bluegreen preview center right there on Collier---I think it was towards the Parkway from the Wyndham center.
