One advantage to having them borrowed and on your account, is the save fee has already been paid.

I paid to save my current year balance and the $35 fee applied to those also.

I think the system is setup to automatically save when your roll over window opens. I will let you know what it says in September after my anniversary date...

      Thanks,

You only need to pay to save points, not to borrow them

So, even though they're actually this year's points (and thus will need to be saved once my anniversary date rolls around in 2012), they're still marked as "borrowed" which I found odd.
I have seen this on my account as well.

I would contact them regarding the error and make sure to get a screen shot of your page....because with the new system, if u do not pay to save ponts - you lose them.

I also have this message but I have contacted BG by e-mail and their reply was that they are good thro to the expire date shown to the right of that message it means they have to be saved before that date. Must admit it is very confusing it should read save before expire date IMHO maybe it is to long to put in the box lol
