All the places you listed make sense as to high demand to me except Hershey.

Is this because of limited properties in the area compared to for example over abundance in Orlando??

Hershey is incredibly popular in June, July and August. It is also a very difficult exchange, so RCI highly prizes those weeks when they can get them. The Suites at Hershey is the only timeshare resort in the Hershey, Gettysburg, Lancaster and Harrisburg region. It is an easy 1.5 to 3.5 hour drive from the Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia and NYC metros.

thanks for input but I have traded Big Cedar, The Fountains and Mountain Loft and still have had difficulty - but yall are correct, flexibilty I think is the key - thanks again!!
