In early August, I put in a wait list reservation for a 2 bedroom cabin at Big Cedar in Branson. Today I get the email, I have booked a week at Harbor Lights. WHAT??? 
At first I thought someone else set a booking under my account, but somehow, the person I talked to a month ago coded something wrong, or something happened that I can not explain. I called the hot line (my term for the Bluegreen reservation line) and talked to a lady with a terrible cough. Even though she was sick, she helped get the Harbor Lights canceled and booked a cabin at Big Cedar. WHEW.
If I had not been checking my email, I may have missed this and would have had to use a cancel and missed out on the cabin.
So, check your reservations.
