    Thank you all for your helpful information. I called three times just checking with the Sampler program to see if we were in the system and finally on the fourth asked for Owner services. I am so glad y'all mentioned to ask for contract verification because for some reason nothing would pull up under our name, phone number, email, or even our contract number. It took some digging for Shannon (BG rep) to finally find our information. She was surprised that we weren't already in the system since it has been a month.

    Long story short, we booked for 2 studios so we can bring our friends who are interested in touring the lodge and may choose to purchase. We are taking them as our guests so I asked if BG would offer any incentives to them or us for not having to book the hotel, etc. Anyway, does anyone have any ideas of who to approach, perhaps VIP services when they call to let us know of our owner's update meeting, and what to consider fair to ask under the circumstances. You guys have been lifesavers and I appreciate you very much!

    I guess my comment to you is don't buy from them. They want to charge you $2-3.00 per point and you can find it for roughly 40 cents as part of the resale market.

    There are services such as Pinnacle Vacations that can give you good prices, and a forum member here, Bocabum, can get you the same price and will be sure to take good care of you.

    I have been a BG user since 2002, and only once bought from BG. I have bought from ebay and Pinnacle. I am gold.

    There are a lots of ways to spend your money, but giving it to the BG sales force isn't the best way to spend it.
