What is the best process to combine more than one BG deed? Also, does it matter if they are different resorts before the combine? Any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated.

The only thing that is new is Bluegreen changed the rules in August of this year. Here are two new policies:
1) Resale points NOT purchased from an authorized reseller no longer count toward Premier. If you make a purchase off eBay or from some other source, just don't count on those for attaining a new Premier level. It is still possible to make these non-qualified points count, but the upgrade process is more complex than it was in the past. Send me a private message if you have such a situation you want to discuss.
2) There is a new rule for how anniversary and billing dates are set. I am still verifying the exact policy. The bottom line is if you buy a resale package from someone who made the developer purchase after Nov 1, 2008, then your ability to choose anniversary date and billing date are limited. If you encounter such a situation, send me a private message and I will review your account and give you options.
