  • Presidential Suites

We recently toured the presidential suites at the Fountains and were very impressed. Has anyone actually stay in the presidential suite at any of the resorts? Which Bluegreen resorts actually have presidential suites?

    From the Bluegreen Points chart:
    Daytona SeaBreeze (4BR sleeps 8)
    Fountains (sleeps 6)
Wilderness Club at Long Creek Ranch (5BR sleeps 13)
    Club 36 (sleeps 6)

The WC@LCR says "Patio Home," not Presidential Suite, but I'm pretty sure BG considers it the same (can't get free white weeks there). No info on how many BR at the Fountains or Club 36 (pretty obviously at most 3).

The wife and I stayed a couple of nights in a Presidential suite at the Fountains. We were quite impressed, to say the least. It was a bit pricey on points, but we had some points we needed to do something with anyway, so we felt they would be used well there.

If I remember correctly, they rate the Fountains as 6 guests in a Presidential. You have a master suite (with a king bed), then a second bedroom with a queen (or king - my memory fails me on that point) with a bath across the hall, and a third bedroom with two full beds, also with a bath across the hall. What I was most impressed with (and will take advantage of if I have the opportunity to stay in a Presidential at the Fountains again) is the grilling porch. Our unit had a screened porch with a table to seat 6 and an electric grill/prep counter along one side, complete with a prep sink and an undercounter fridge.

If you have the points to do it and one is available, I recommend them!

        Las Vegas Presidential

From memory, the Club 36's presidential master suite had a king bed and the other two bedrooms had queen beds. Each had their own bathrooms though the one queen would be considers a shared bathroom for guests. The decor was wonderful and great amentities- theater room, pooltable area, and open living room-dining area. At night the view was awesome.

          Pres Suites

Just came back from the Fountains... we stayed in the Presidential suite.. loved it but there wasn't a grilling porch... maybe cause we had a pool table in our "Den room"?....

soooo nice... Not sure why they would call it a 6 sleeper for there was a king bed, a queen, 2 full size and 2 really big couches that I never checked to see if they pulled out to sleepers...

The pool was a real big hit with everyone....

We just returned from a trip to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar. While there, we drove over to Long Creek (about 3 miles) and walked through the open unit. This place is incredible. This would be a great place for a family gathering. There is plenty of room for everyone and everything is included. PM if you have any questions.

Long Creek is a very nice place. The only thing I didnt like is that everything is up the hill. They have a shuttle to take your there, but the home is so huge and they've got a pretty nice play room set up downstairs. Overall a very nice place with good staff. We stayed the 1st week of June 2009.

The top floor of the new lodge under construction at Big Cedar will have Presidential Suites. Completion date is June 2010, but BG expects to have it open earlier than that.

We were the 2nd quests to stay in one of the patio homes at LongCreek in July 08. LOVED IT!!!
This past June 09, while staying at The Fountains, we toured the "'presidential suites". While they are nice, IMO, they have nothing on LongCreek. If memory serves me right, one of them had a fireplace. Why in the world would you want a fireplace in Orlando. (when we were there it was record hot - upper 90's with heat indexes up to 110).
