Notice that their stock remains unchanged at over $3/share.

Here are some key take aways that I got from the release:

1) Bluegreen is still profitable even though it is carrying the load of a residential real estate business. Even in timeshare Armageddon, Bluegreen is still eeking out a profit.

2) Bluegreen only burned $5M in unrestricted cash this year. That gives them lots of runway.

3) Fee for Service business is already generating about 10% of sales. Very impressive. Those sales don't burn any cash. David Pontius told me in Sept that they have agreements in place for achieving up to $100M per year in Fee for Service Business. That is how they can expand without financing.
