    What exactly does BG mean by "Fee for Service"?

    Jim stated in a different thread:

    "3) Fee for Service business is already generating about 10% of sales. Very impressive. Those sales don't burn any cash. David Pontius told me in Sept that they have agreements in place for achieving up to $100M per year in Fee for Service Business. That is how they can expand without financing."

    I am guessing that "Fee for Service" is not managing a resort that was developed by someone else.

    "Fee for Service" sounds like BG is selling unit/weeks into the Vacation Club from unsold inventory held by either some developer or the HOA or the bank without BG purchasing them outright. If so, would the resort then be listed as an Associate Resort?

      Thank you. So it does include management. It appears that BG will do everything except find the money and develop the original resort.
