Never received maintenance fee bill -PT Villas Owner

Well for the 2nd year straight I did not receive my bill. I keep track though and know I have to pay it by the end of the year. They said it was shipped out in October and have the attitude like its my fault I didn't get it.

I login and see the it went up $100 since last year, and the below is shown.

I think I saw this last year too. From what I can remember it is standard. I just own a floating week there.


Anyone else not get their mf bill? $100 increase a year is going to be pretty expensive in about 10 years!

In the past, I have always had a problem getting a MF bill from DRI. A few times the bill didn't arrive until mid-December (even though they were DATED OCTOBER!). This year, I actually got my bill by the end of November. Guess they're really anxious for their money.

Almost instantly, and their reservations department person was a lot nicer than years past.

My MF bill was posted today. But it is still showing that $5.00 voluntary fee for ARA (that I refuse to pay).

It took eight day after mailing from the East coast to the West Coast to post.

Yea my ARA fee is always on there. I used to pay it but then I couldn't find anything about them anywhere so I quit.

If you pay online, it only takes a couple of days.

Keep an eye on that ARDA fee. It wouldn't be good if DRI's system calculated that as unpaid MF's.

Mine was almost instant. I payed then by the time I had a CS rep she made the deposit to interval. Hour later I made a trade.
