Brad Benson ... sold a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home ... in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Chenal Avanti LLC for $4.5 million on Jan. 11.
The Bensons paid $547,500 for the property in April 2004.
The 7,552-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Summerlin neighborhood.
Mr. Benson is head of timeshare and vacation rental market development at Skyauction.com, an online marketer and distributor of travel products and services. He also teaches a timeshare marketing course at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV.
He previously held senior marketing positions at Diamond Resorts International, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, The Shell Group, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Marriott's Vacation Club International at Grand Chateau in Las Vegas.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 36,196 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
