Powhatan Plantation HOA and Deeded Owners

Is the Powhatan HOA still actually in control or is it run by DRI? I plan to attend the meeting in April but am wondering if my vote is really worth something.

Are there many deeded owners left?

Is there a communication vehicle established for the Powhatan HOA if it is not run/controlled by DRI? There used to be a seperate home page for the HOA but that has been discontinued.

I believe both Powhatan and Greensprings are fully controlled by DRI and that DRI employees compose a majority of the association's boards.

That's my fear given the amount of units in the trust inventory. I know another deeded owner "upgraded" to the trust at the same time we did last week but I just put my rescission letter in the mail today and am holding onto my deeds, come what may.
